Tyler is a Tampa native who graduated high school from Thomas Jefferson High where he studied in the culinary arts program. Shortly after high school Tyler met Kelsea, his (now) wife. Before he found his passion for helping small businesses and clients create passive income through investment real estate, Tyler was a key account manager for Vanity Fair’s Licensed Sports Division as well as Crocs (yes the shoes). While Tyler was at Crocs, he and his wife, Kelsea, lived in Colorado where Tyler cycled competitively in local race circuit for a locally sponsored team on their club level.
Tyler, Kelsea, their daughter Gwenni and their dog Olive have lived in Seminole Heights since their return back to Tampa in 2013. Tyler has become very involved in the neighborhood. He and his wife started the “I Love Seminole Heights” (ILSH) Facebook page in 2015 to help promote local small business.
Tyler has served as Vice President and President of the Heights Urban Core Chamber (H.U.C.C.) that covered Tampa Height, Seminole Heights, Riverside Heights and V.M. Ybor. He worked closely with local business owners to help continue the commercial growth in the area by working with the city and state on infustucture, zoneing and planning.
